After building a million-dollar business from the ground up and working behind the scenes on a wide variety of A-list productions including Britney Spears, Cirque du Soleil, and many more, he understands what it takes to turn talent into a powerful brand.
Jason founded Anger Management which helps independent artists to build more than just a career—he helps develop sound fundamentals, product development, marketing strategies and sustainable systems to convert loyal audiences into long-term customers.

MINDY SINS is a hard-rocking post-punk trio made up of Armando Leibeck, Luke Vasilakos, and Colin Hassell. Raw, loud, and unapologetically restless, the band blends heavy guitars, driving rhythms, and post-punk attitude into a sound that feels equal parts dangerous and infectious.
